Dear ZTA Alpha Beta Parents,
Thank you for visiting our Zeta Tau Alpha website at the University of Pennsylvania. We hope you’ll take a look around and learn more about our wonderful Fraternity for women. ZTA was founded on October 15, 1898 and now we have 215,000 initiated members, 158 active collegiate chapters and 235 alumnae chapters across the country. So why have 215,000 women chosen to become members of Zeta Tau Alpha? Each one probably has a different answer, but a committment to high standards and personal growth, opportunities to serve others, and connections to wonderful women across the country are some of the most common.
A ZTA collegiate member experiences friendship from the very start. In her first six weeks as a new member, a Zeta will learn about the Fraternity through Zeta Is Forever, the first-year Member Enrichment Program, and she will be matched with a Big Sister to help her feel at home. Here at the Alpha Beta chapter at the University of Pennsylvania, we pride ourselves on being well-rounded women who take advantage of everything our amazing school has to offer. We are so very proud of all the accomplishments and involvements of our active and alumni members at Penn and around the country. I hope you’ll explore our web site to find additional information about our organization, chapter, foundation, philanthropy, and sisterhood.
